k me! 
Let me explain, for the last couple of week i have been catching the bus to and from work. I set off every morning
at 7 o'clock walking 15 minutes
to the bus stop, i wait patiently for the bus which according to the time table should arrive at 7.22am. Every morning
the bus turns up between 10 and 15 minutes late, don't ask me why as the bus station is only 5 minutes away!
However today, i set off 5 minutes later, still leaving myself enough time to get to the bus stop. It decides to come
at 7.13am f king 9 minutes early? flying past me like he's late for his breakfast, leaving me a half an hour wait
for the next one, resulting in me being late and getting ear ache from my boss.
Please can someone explain to me the law of Public Transport as i have yet to work this one out
